The president of Guangxi University, Xiao Jianzhuang, and his delegation visited the college to conduct exchanges, research, and a recruitment presentation for talents

In order to further strengthen inter-school cooperation and consolidate the consensus on talent cultivation, on April 2, 2026, Xhao Jianzhuang, President of Guangxi University, led a delegation consisting of relevant personnel from the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering and the Human Resources Department of the university to our institute for an exchange and research visit, and a high-level talent recruitment information session also was held. The president of our college, Liu Xinmei, the party secretary, Hao Zhijie, and the deputy party secretary, Xu Guanghui, attended this event, several doctoral students from the college participated in the discussion and exchange.

At the symposium, President Liu Xinmei represented the college to extend a warm welcome to the visiting delegation led by Principal Xiao Jianzhuang, and introduced the history evolution, discipline construction, scientific research platforms and talent cultivation characteristics of the college. President Liu stated that, it will be hoped that both sides can take this exchange as an opportunity to further deepen cooperation in areas such as discipline collaboration and joint training of talents. President Xiao Jianzhuang, expressed his gratitude for the warm reception of our college which he received, and introduced the development strategy and talent introduction policy of Guangxi University. Subsequently, Hu Tianshu, the vice dean of the Chemistry and Chemical Engineering College of Guangxi University, and Pan Yuanfeng, the assistant dean, gave an introduction regarding job demand, talent introduction policy, and salary and other aspects. During the discussion and exchange session, the participating doctoral students focused on their research fields and career development plans, regarding the issues that Guangxi University was concerned about, such as the talent introduction policy, the support of scientific research platforms, the evaluation of professional titles, the living security,etc, they had an exchange with a group from the Chemical Engineering College of Guangxi University.

This event established an inter-school communication platform and enhanced the consensus of both parties, laid the foundation for further cooperation and cultivating high-level talents, at the same time, it also provided excellent employment options for our doctoral students, which is conducive to promoting the construction of talent teams for both parties and the collaborative development among schools.
