Director Liu Xinmei analyzed the current situation of our hospital's discipline development, emphasize the need to focus on carrying out six key tasks. First, closely align with the set goals of the "14th Five-Year Plan", focus on actual achievements, and formulate the planning for the "15th Five-Year Plan";Second, we will continue to enhance teachers' motivation and potential in their work, and adjust the performance evaluation methods at the end of the year; Thirdly, through resource integration and efficient collaboration, we will promote the integrated construction and operation of the two key laboratories and the college, and empower the high-quality development of discipline construction and talent cultivation; Fourth, we will continue to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff.
