Professor Xu Hai's team has made new progress in the design and structural regulation of short peptide self-assembly molecules

Recently, the biological interface and materials research team led by Professor Xu Hai from the our college has made new progress in the design and structure regulation of short peptide self-assembly molecules. Peptide Self-assemblies from Unusual alpha-sheet conformations Based on Alternation of D/L) Amino Acids is published online in the Journal of American Chemical Society. The first author of the paper is Dr. Peng Zhou of our University, and the corresponding authors are Professor Hai Xu of our University and Professor Jianren Lv of the University of Manchester. China University of Petroleum (East China) is the first signatory. The research was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Postdoctoral Science Foundation of China.
