   Juewen Liu, Professor of Chemistry in University of Waterloo, Canada. He is interested in the functional nucleic acid, interfacial chemistry of nanomaterial and bioanalytical chemistry. He received Fred Beamish award from the Canadian Society for Chemistry in 2014 and a  W.A.E. McBryde Medal in 2015, He is a member of the College of New Scholars, Artists and Scientists of the Royal Society of Canada. He has published over 300 papers with over 30000 citations and H-index 84. He is the associate editor of Chinese Chemical Letters, Biosensors & Bioelectronics andTrends in Analytial Chemistry (TrAC).
