[1]Development of materials and methods to   capture CO2, development of catalysts to CO2 hydrogenation and CO2   electrocatalytic reduction, methane reforming, nitrogen electrocatalytic   conversion.

[2] Catalyst design including chemical   compositions, particle sizes, morphology, porosity, exposed facets as well as   defects and interfaces of the catalysts.

Student Training


1.Supervise Postgraduate Students

Supervised 3 doctoral students, 20   academic students and 8 professional master students. There are 23 graduate   students, 12 of whom are working in universities and research institutes, 11   of whom are working in well-known domestic enterprises such as Sinopec, CNPC   and Chery.

2.Typical student

Many of the graduates of 2014,2015 and   2016 have been working as postdoctoral fellows in Ohio state university,   national university of Singapore and other well-known universities, as well   as associate professors and professors in China university of petroleum, xi   'an jiaotong university and other domestic universities. Many graduates of   2017 and 2018 have become technical backbone of their enterprises.
